Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead the delivery effort on our projects, playing a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement, from opportunity assessment through final implementation.

You will work directly with our teams in both the US and India, assisting with sales and business development. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with client stakeholders, conducting interviews, analyzing data, developing process maps, and drafting RFPs.

Your key objectives will be to develop financial models, evaluate suppliers' pricing proposals, and review contracts for alignment with negotiated procurement terms.

Requirements
  • 1-4 years of prior experience in a consulting firm or industry, with specific experience within operations, supply-chain and/or procurement required.
  • A proven problem-solving and time management ability, as well as excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • An ownership-driven mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and highly motivated to work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
