Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and optimize our entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies: Create and implement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage End-to-End Operations: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics.
  • Optimize Vendor Relationships: Optimize vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate Teams: Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee Import/Export: Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance when required.
  • Mitigate Risks: Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions.
  • Lead Team: Manage and mentor the supply chain team to ensure professional growth and efficiency.
  • Implement Digital Tools: Implement digital tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for better tracking and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
