Role Overview: The Product Manager will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing product features that promote diversity and inclusivity in the hiring process. This role involves end-to-end product ownership, from ideation to launch, with a focus on creating a seamless, effective, and equitable experience for users. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in diversity hiring, along with experience in product management, UX/UI, and data-driven decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the diversity and inclusion platform.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape in the diversity hiring space.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and set clear, achievable goals aligned with business objectives.
2. Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features that support diversity and inclusion in hiring.
3. Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the platform is intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly.

Collaboration and Decision Making:
1. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Human Resources, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
2. 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within HR technology, recruitment, or diversity and inclusion domains.
3. Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices.

Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices in accessibility and inclusivity.
2. Experience working with SaaS platforms, recruitment tools, or HRMS systems.
