Job Title: Travel Consultant Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve issues by communicating with drivers and fleets.
  • Enforce high service standards.
  • Confirm the ride was done and update the system accordingly.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions, noting issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers, CS operations, sales and other functions, plus any external stakeholders.
  • Provide customer service support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the tourism & travel sector, ground transportation industry (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a customer support representative or in a similar environment.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work a full-time schedule.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively.
  • Fast-paced work environment.
  • Attention to detail.
