Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to ensure our company's financial health and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.

Accounting & Compliance:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

Cash Flow & Risk Management:

  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
