Lead Financial Analyst – Strategic Planning and Insights

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that oversees financial planning, analysis, and insights to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Leverage financial expertise to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance metrics, and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and reports to support executive-level decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years of relevant FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance experience
  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking, with ability to drive growth and improvement initiatives
