We are seeking a seasoned CFO to lead our financial strategy and planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide critical insights and recommendations to the leadership team for informed decision-making.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

  • Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting to enhance transparency and compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and maintain accurate financial MIS reports.

Audit & Taxation:

  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensure adherence to Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Professional accounting designation such as CA.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior-level financial managerial positions in similar industries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and planner.
