Required Skills and Qualifications:

The candidate should have digital transformation experience with a focus on Business Process & Performance within Banking domain.

Demonstrating subject matter expertise in strategy and/or digital transformation within banking industry is essential.

Hands-on experience with Greenfield rollouts, business enablement, customer experience, target operating model design is required.

Knowledge of the end-to-end customer journey for Retail and Corporate Banking segments is necessary.

Understanding business processes (banking) along with the IT architecture and systems landscape is also required.

  • Experience in retail banking, branch banking and good understanding of products in the retail banking space
  • Hands on experience in requirements gathering for functionalities related to retail banking systems
  • Good to have experience and exposure to integration tools - ESB, MFT, MH
  • Knowledge of Retail and Corporate banking customer life-cycle
  • Exposure to Digital Maturity Models, domains like AI, ML and other emerging technology would be preferred
  • Strong domain knowledge of banking operations (Retail, Commercial, Cards, Digital)
  • Strong project management & business planning skills
  • Strong communication, written and document management skills
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with responsibility for overall client relationship management during the project
