Job Summary

  • Main Responsibilities:">
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, room assignments and changes.">
  • Manage payment and ensure accuracy in room keys.">
  • Verify billing for guests and adjust as necessary.">
  • Communicate with staff regarding waitlisted rooms.">
  • Inform guests of messages.">
  • Close out departures on the system.">
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.">
  • File paperwork or documentation for guests.">
  • Operate a telephone switchboard station.">
  • Run and verify reports, contingency lists and credit card authorization reports.">
  • Provide directions and information to guests.">
  • Answer and process all guest calls, requests and questions; follow up to ensure satisfaction.">
  • Arrange transportation for guests/visitors.">
  • Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift.">
  • Cash checks, process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs and provide change.">
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports.">
