Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Category Development Lead to take full ownership of launching and scaling our new on-demand service platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited for someone ready to work on the ground, manage operations, hire service partners, and lead customer acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build categories from scratch, setting up operations, defining service offerings, pricing, SOPs, and quality benchmarks for chef, maid, and driver services.
  • Analyze customer behavior, pricing trends, and supply-demand gaps to create actionable strategies.
  • Conduct field visits, gather feedback, and ensure smooth service delivery with real-time insights.
  • Recruit skilled and verified service professionals and ensure their onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Design and execute acquisition strategies through digital, referral, and BTL channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, local activations, and brand visibility.
  • Use Excel for performance tracking, supply funnel analysis, customer insights, and operations planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduates with relevant experience in category building, operations, or business development.
  • Fresh MBA graduates with specialization in Marketing, Business Strategy, or Operations are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, execution skills, and field-readiness are must-haves.
  • Hands-on proficiency in MS Excel is required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive performance independently.
