Job Title: Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service team in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and lead a team of technicians to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
  • Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Coordinate with customers, fleet owners, and OEMs to meet service requirements and drive business growth.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety norms, and quality standards to maintain a positive reputation.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Diploma/B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
  • Experience: Any (Freshers with strong technical skills can apply; prior experience in Engine Service/Industrial Machine Servicing preferred)
  • Languages: English/Hindi/Gujarati
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
