We've evolved from a CRM implementation shop into a full-scale revenue consultancy. Now, we're seeking an Outbound Specialist to scale our sales engine through world-class outbound campaigns.

Job Description:

This role involves developing strategic outbound campaign plans aligned with business objectives and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).

The successful candidate will launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns for maximum impact.

Responsibilities include designing and executing A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence to refine our approach.

Collaboration is key as the team works cross-functionally to gather insights and feedback from various stakeholders.

The specialist will build data-driven dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics and scale successful tactics.

Coaching and guiding team members on best practices in outbound sales are also essential skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong analytical mindset with 1-3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and outbound automation tools, such as HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • A solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work closely with founders and function leads.
