Role Summary
\Lead and manage strategic communication initiatives across various platforms to effectively drive brand story, engaging internal and external stakeholders through impactful campaigns. Develop and execute annual communication plans, collaborate with teams including Marketing and PR, and evaluate the communication strategy in line with company vision and values.
\Key Responsibilities:
\1. Drive Annual Communication Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive communication plan aligned with company objectives, encompassing multiple channels including emailers, social media, and digital messaging (SMS, WhatsApp).
\2. Content Development and Management: Develop and manage content for various communication topics, such as festive occasions, important national holidays, internal events, ESG-related topics, and sports event invitations.
\3. Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with Chairman's office and agency on board to plan, review, and provide feedback on creative and copy proposals, ensuring alignment with company vision and brand story.
\4. Performance Evaluation: Establish project flow, track requirements and deliverables on daily, weekly, and monthly basis, set up KPIs to evaluate agency performance based on communication delivered quarterly.
