Technical Support Specialist

Our team is looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our ranks. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our employees and system end-users.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Responding to calls, chats, self-service tickets, and performing effective triage.
  • Resolving associates' technical issues and requests.
  • Clear documentation of the issues and escalating to L2 or L3 teams when necessary.
  • Collaborating with other members of the Service team to properly manage customer inquiries and escalate when necessary.


**Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-9 years of relevant experience in Helpdesk Support.
  • Good business English and German skills.
  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
