Job Title: Customer Care Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Availability: Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customers from diverse time zones.
  • Technical Requirements: Utilize your personal laptop with a reliable WiFi connection and a USB headset to ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Language Skills: Leverage your fluency in both English and Hindi to effectively communicate with customers and provide tailored solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in both English and Hindi
