Salary**:1.8 LPA to 3.7 LPA**

**Eligibility**:

- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Graduate (Preferrable) /Undergraduate both can apply.

**Other Information**:

- 5-6 Days working
- Rotational Shifts / Rotational weekly off
- WORK FROM OFFICE (Noida)
- Can facilities available.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
