  • Project planning: Developing end-to-end project plans, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Strategic partnerships: Collaborating with engineering and product leads to evolve product strategy and development.
  • Program management: Providing hands-on management throughout analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
  • Process improvement: Driving internal process enhancements across teams and functions to meet high performance standards.
  • Coordination: Ensuring day-to-day project and task coordination.
  • Agile methodologies: Performing Scrum Master duties using agile practices.
  • Team support: Assisting teams in understanding agile and scrum frameworks.
  • Roadmapping and sprint planning: Participating and facilitating roadmapping, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and scrum of scrums.
  • Dependency management: Helping teams understand and balance dependencies between performance, efficiency, and product functionality.
  • Project mapping: Mapping dependencies and relationships between projects and teams, coordinating efforts across organizations and verticals.
  • Status updates: Communicating project status and big-picture information to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Independence: Working independently with minimal supervision.
