E Commerce Executive Job Description

Are you a dynamic professional looking to drive online sales and maintain a strong marketplace presence? We have an exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing our company's presence on various online marketplaces and D2C channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings across various marketplaces & D2C platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
  • Monitor competitor listings and implement improvements based on trends and best practices.

Product Listings & Content Management:

  • Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools to create engaging product content.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product listings and content management.

Marketplace & D2C Optimization:

  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance visibility and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform optimization decisions.

Inventory Management:

  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and dispatching of products.
  • Manage stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations or overstocking.

Order & Customer Management:

  • Oversee order processing to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively and professionally.

Pricing & Promotions:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to remain competitive within the marketplace.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and attract new customers.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketplace performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders regarding performance and trends.

Marketplace & D2C Compliance:

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in marketplace policies, guidelines, and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all platform requirements, including shipping, returns, and product listings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing online marketplaces and D2C channels.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use Excel or other data management tools.
