Job Title: Customer Relationship Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
- Conduct accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process.
- Responsibilities include Order creation, follow-up, and maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status.
- Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder engagement (including end customers, teams, design teams, and building authorities), ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
- Ensure 100% Quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
- Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers as per the agreed process.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in International Call center operations (Australian English).
- Order Management knowledge is preferable.
- Strong Communication skills including experience handling international Customer calls and effective written communication.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
