Job Title: Network Solutions Architect

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to the design, implementation, and support of cutting-edge Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions using Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing complex data center networks, working with ACI fabric, and integrating with virtualization and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Cisco ACI fabric-based SDN solutions to meet evolving client needs.
  • Configure and manage ACI components including APIC, leaf/spine switches, policies, contracts, EPGs, and tenants.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize ACI deployments and fabric connectivity to ensure seamless network performance.
  • Integrate ACI with third-party systems such as VMware vCenter, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
  • Lead data center migrations and network transformations to ACI architecture, minimizing disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate ACI-related documentation and runbooks to support ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
  • Collaborate closely with network security and cloud teams to enforce policy compliance and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in network automation initiatives, leveraging tools like Ansible and Python scripting for ACI API.
  • Monitor and resolve network issues, incidents, and changes through adherence to ITIL processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, APIC, and fabric components.
  • Good understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, MPLS.
  • Familiarity with Nexus 9000 series switches (NX-OS/ACI mode).
  • Experience in integrating ACI with VMware (vDS, vCenter).
  • Understanding of multitenancy, VRF, BD, EPG, and contracts in ACI.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Python, REST API, Ansible).
  • Network monitoring tools (e.g., Cisco DCNM, SolarWinds, etc.).
