Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks.

This role requires someone with exceptional analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues, make configuration changes, and implement security policies.

You will work closely with a talented team of experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with our end customers, project managers, and service engineers.
