Effective Enterprise Service Management Strategist Sought

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions that support our enterprise service management strategy.

This pivotal role involves working closely with stakeholders across IT and business units to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-impact solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

  • The successful candidate will translate business needs into technical solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and work in an Agile / Scrum environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist are highly desirable.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java / JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Custom Apps / Widgets, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model, CMDB design, and Discovery
  • Familiarity with Performance / Platform Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards Understanding of security best practices within ServiceNow, including ACLs and role-based access control, and governing best practices for update sets, system upgrades and releases.
