Administrative Support Professional

As a skilled Administrative Support Professional, you will provide high-level support to our Product Development Team.

  • Coordinate logistics for visiting guests, including issuance of invitation letters and travel arrangements.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, arrange conference rooms, and ensure smooth event planning.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and expedite orders.
  • Support the procurement process for IT assets and monitor delivery to Siemens premises.
  • Book conference rooms and handle reservations for events as required.
  • Ensure a clean desk policy and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist with employee travel arrangements, including visa processing.
  • Provide support in creating SE GID, email IDs, and PKI cards for employees.
  • Oversee technology control compliance for the Product Development Team.
  • Support HR talent acquisition teams and managers during hiring processes.
  • Act as EHS Coordinator for the Product Development Team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree from a recognized institution.
  • More than 5 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams.
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.
  • Multitasking and analytical skills.
  • Team player with adaptability and quick learning abilities.
