Business Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Business Growth Expert to contribute to our educational institution's success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive student admissions. They will also be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective students and parents through targeted outreach efforts, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns that meet our goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, identify opportunities for growth, and organize events and seminars to promote our institution's offerings. You will also maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence decision-making.
- A self-starter with a results-driven attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is an asset.
