Job Title: Business Performance Coach

The Role:

We're seeking a skilled Business Performance Coach to join our team. As a Business Performance Coach, you will be responsible for helping customers and prospects achieve success by understanding their testing challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to help customers and prospects achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers and prospects to ensure they are meeting their goals and provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to customers and prospects on best practices and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
