Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic business strategy associate to join our team. This role combines sales execution and strategic contribution.

You will prospect clients, suggest properties, arrange and lead site visits, and close deals in line with monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute creative strategies that enhance LogiSpace's presence, strengthen lead generation, improve sales conversions, and support team expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
  • Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Develop strong relations with operators to ensure priority access to inventory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent LogiSpace professionally in all client and operator interactions.
Business Growth Strategies
  • Work with leadership to create strategies for stronger LogiSpace presence.
  • Suggest ideas for creatives that can boost digital lead generation.
  • Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
  • Contribute to team expansion strategies, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.
  • Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and innovative business development approaches.
