As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for creating realistic and high-quality 3D models and renderings for commercial spaces. Your expertise in collaborating with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements and design concepts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with the design team to develop detailed 3D models and photo-realistic renderings of commercial interior spaces, including interior walk-throughs and video animations to showcase the project.
  • In addition, you will create textures and materials that enhance the realism of 3D visualizations, ensuring a high level of detail.
  • Your revisions and refinements of 3D models and renderings based on feedback from the design teams and clients are critical to meeting their vision and expectations.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and AI-driven technologies in 3D visualization and commercial interior design is also an important aspect of this role.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as 3D Design, Commercial Interior Design, Architecture or related fields is required.
  • Proven experience as a 3D Artist in the commercial interior design sector is necessary.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and After Effects is expected.
  • You must have strong visual and spatial design skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team is crucial.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
