Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop the backend infrastructure of our platform, focusing on delivering high-performance APIs and real-time services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement low-latency APIs for instant transactions and approvals
  • Owning partner integrations (e.g., payment gateways)
  • Developing a policy engine for approvals, limits, and joint accounts
  • Ensuring system performance, reliability, and observability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building scalable backend systems
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Kotlin
  • Experience with asynchronous I/O, queues, retries, and state machines
  • Database expertise (PostgreSQL, Redis) and modeling for consistency
  • Proven track record of owning systems end-to-end
