Senior Backend Developer and Tech Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Developer and Tech Lead to join our team.

  • Develop and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using multiple backend technologies.
  • Leverage expertise in software architecture design, cloud platforms, and leading development teams to drive project success.
  • Conduct training sessions and mentor developers on technical best practices, ensuring coding standards, design principles, and architectural best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions architecture support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in technical implementations.
  • Occasionally contribute as a hands-on developer when required.
  • Oversee development teams, ensuring best practices and technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks:
  • Nodejs OR MEAN
  • Reactjs OR MERN
  • Python
  • Strong experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with design patterns and best software architecture practices.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail and big-picture perspectives.
  • Backend: PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js
  • Frontend (if applicable): React.js, Angular.js
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
