Our company is seeking a skilled Asset Manager to oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, manage asset-related documents, and provide administrative support to our Asset Management team.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain precise and current asset records, including property data, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
  • Organize, store, and retrieve asset documents, such as property deeds, lease agreements, and insurance policies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on asset performance, covering budget variances, insurance and lease statuses, maintenance activities, and shared drive updates.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the Asset Management team, including scheduling meetings, identifying contractors, procuring work scopes, and quotes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records.
  • Document Retrieval: Ensure timely retrieval of asset documents.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports on asset performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional administrative support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Education

Bachelor's Degree: Typically required in a field such as real estate, finance, business, or related field.
