Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The Property Administrator ensures data entry and quality while performing lease and license system financial calculations, entries, audits, and corrections for shopping center portfolios, all within a collaborative work environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets
  • Coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects to enhance property value and tenant experience
  • Manage third-party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments
  • Maintain and manage insurance coverage and manage insurance claims

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management
  • Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents as well as financial information contained in accounting software, spreadsheets, financial statements, etc.
  • Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
