About the Opportunity:

You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by designing frameworks, unlocking insights, and driving adoption across the business.

The Hotels business offers travelers access to 70K+ hotels. With a focus on expanding high-quality supply, fostering strong relationships, and delivering distinctive experiences, this segment is central to our vision of redefining travel.

The team leads reporting, accelerates performance, and uncovers opportunities to scale. By collaborating closely across functions, the team manages strategy, supply drives, effectiveness, and analytics requirements within the Hotels business.

About the Role:

Anchor the automation charter for the entire Hotels supply ecosystem, enabling growth through frameworks, insights, and adoption.

This position requires leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into outcomes, streamline processes, and build solutions that empower decision-making.

  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve key metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Lead the rollout of Tableau across the supply organization, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
  • Design and manage the roadmap for dashboards and reports to track key results and KPIs for the supply team.
  • Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Automate manual workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leverage tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with teams to accelerate growth in room nights and GMV.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and reviews for leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
