Supply Chain Leadership Role

This leadership position oversees the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient import and export of raw materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops strategic procurement plans to source high-quality materials from global suppliers, while minimizing costs and lead times.
  • Identifies, evaluates, and onboard key suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery, with a focus on compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Negotiates contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with suppliers to optimize supply chain costs and improve profitability.
  • Ensures supplier adherence to sustainability, quality, and regulatory standards through regular audits and performance reviews.
  • Monitors market trends, geopolitical risks, and supply disruptions to develop effective risk mitigation strategies and business continuity plans.
  • Oversees the import process, ensuring timely customs clearance and cost-effective transportation, while collaborating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies as needed.
  • Manages all export logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations, and implementing best practices in transportation planning and route optimization.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
