We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Supply Chain Plans: Align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage End-to-End Supply Chain Operations: Procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics.
  • Negotiate Vendor Contracts: Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor Supply Chain Performance: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Forecast demand and manage supply.
  • Ensure Compliance: Local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee Import/Export Activities: Customs clearance when required.
  • Develop Contingency Plans: Mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions.
  • Lead and Develop the Supply Chain Team: Foster professional growth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software is also required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Strategic supply chain planning, vendor management & negotiation, demand forecasting & inventory optimization, process improvement & cost efficiency, regulatory compliance & risk management, team leadership & cross-functional collaboration.
