About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery operations, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized routes. This includes managing a team of delivery personnel, resolving conflicts, and providing continuous feedback for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Last Mile Logistics: Manage daily activities to ensure timely deliveries and optimized routes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the delivery team, ensuring performance standards are met.
  • Cash Management & Reconciliation: Oversee cash management operations, ensuring daily reconciliation of cash collected during deliveries.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, monitor, and report on key metrics such as daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, return to origin (RTO), and other KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on last-mile logistics.
  • Prior experience in managing teams and cash reconciliation.
  • Strong knowledge of routes within the city and nearby areas is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of logistics metrics.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Google sheets.
