Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of Generic Formulations by developing and maintaining effective supply plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Planning: Develop medium-to-long term production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory norms, Transit time, and manufacturing capacities.
  • Production Scheduling: Create monthly rolling production schedules in alignment with monthly sales forecasts, Tender visibility, In transit stock and API/RM/PM availability.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with manufacturing plants, API team, and procurement teams for timely execution of production plans.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimum inventory levels (RM, PM, FG) to avoid stock-outs and obsolescence.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage capacity constraints; escalating risks and proposing mitigation actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning and execution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
