Freight Supply Chain Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end import, export and land transport processes for sensitive semiconductor equipment, ODC cargo, utilities, gas, chemicals and finished goods products.
The ideal candidate will have 12-14 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably within manufacturing sectors. A preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field is advantageous, along with experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish logistics processes for inbound and outbound semiconductor equipment, utilities, gas, chemicals and finished goods products transportation from global and domestic suppliers and customers.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Manage transportation and logistics across multiple 3PL sites, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as transportation delays, supply disruptions or natural disasters.
- Ensure compliance with regulations concerning import and export, storage and distribution of gases and chemicals.
- Analyze logistics workflows and KPIs to identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage reverse logistics.
- A preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field is advantageous, along with experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Minimum 12-14 years of proven experience in import/export operations, preferably within manufacturing sectors.
- Experience specifically in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
