**Job Title:** Associate Director-Quality AssuranceThis role is a key member of the Quality Assurance team responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.   • Develop and implement quality systems across R&D and pilot stages to ensure first-time-right, scalable product designs.
  • Design experiments, develop processes, and evaluate process performance between R&D and pilot plants.
  • Play a key role in technology transfer from R&D to pilot plants and sites, sharing right documents and ensuring QA-tech transfer to sites.
  • Manage overall DQA & Kilo Lab budget – Capex, opex, hiring, and retention of talent.
  • Evaluate and enhance the bulk density, compressibility, and particle shape, particle size of materials.
  • Implement strategies for particle size engineering, including micronization, granulation, and agglomeration.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:* M.
