As a highly skilled and organized individual, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations within our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily tasks and workloads, providing exceptional customer service to guests and key prospects.
  • Maintain effective communication skills and a keen eye for detail, guaranteeing accurate information about hotel services.
  • Process all reservations, enquiries, and special requests in line with company policies, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Educate guests on our wellness offerings while addressing their individual needs, fostering strong relationships and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling complex inquiries and requests, maintaining a professional and courteous approach at all times.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Accurately record and generate reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed, showcasing your analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work during peak periods, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage loyalty and cultivate new guest relationships.
  • Assist guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate records are maintained in the Property Management System (PMS) & CRM.
  • Proactively follow up and engage with guests throughout their journey at our resort to enhance their overall experience.
  • A creative approach to generating and closing business is essential, along with a willingness to take on challenging opportunities and innovative ideas to drive organization goals and targets.
  • Effective in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems, consistently delivering results-driven solutions.
