• Manage customer retention for new and adopted customers, focusing on Corporate Account Management and New Business Development
• Prepare daily sales call reports and monthly sales MIS, conducting extensive local travel for sales activities

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 27 years of experience in IT sales, with a strong background in Direct Sales / Concept Selling
• Experience in selling to Public Sector Units (PSUs) is an advantage
• Good stability in previous roles, with a solid understanding of technology/software applications in the Toll industry

Skills Required

• Ability to interact across all organizational levels, with strong presentation skills for various audiences
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with traits such as Confidence, perseverance, and a pleasing personality
• Familiarity with the geography of Delhi/NCR, with a solid understanding of the Toll industry and its applications
