Job Responsibilities :

  • Promote the sales of Toll Management Software to public sector units and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective business development strategies.
  • Ensure timely execution and collection of payments from clients.
  • Handle routine sales correspondence independently and make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate with the Technical team to provide software solution recommendations and hardware installation support.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies for new and adopted customers.
  • Focus on Corporate Account Management and New Business Development in the toll industry.
  • Prepare daily sales call reports and monthly sales MIS to track performance.
  • Conduct extensive local travel for sales activities and engage with clients effectively.

Experience Requirements :

  • Minimum 27 years of experience in IT sales with a strong background in B2B and corporate sales.
  • Experience in Direct Sales / Concept Selling with a proven track record of success.
  • Background in selling IT/ITes products (software/hardware) to public sector units and corporate clients.
  • Experience in selling to Public Sector Units (PSUs) is highly desirable.
  • Good stability in previous roles with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong presentation skills to engage various audiences.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi with a solid understanding of the toll industry.
  • Traits: Confidence, perseverance, and a pleasing personality to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with the geographical area of operation.
