**Job Title:**
A seasoned IT professional is required to join our team as a Lead Application/Production Support Specialist.
This is a key role that involves providing high-level technical support for front office, middle office applications into investment banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and incident management, troubleshooting and issue resolution, documentation and knowledge management, change management and release support.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in supporting business applications with good understanding of software development lifecycle and ITIL processes.
