Job Overview:

As a Database Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all ClickHouse-related support inquiries. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex issues, resolving incidents within predetermined timeframes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve technical issues related to ClickHouse clusters, query performance, configuration errors, and hardware faults
  • Diagnose root causes of problems and implement permanent fixes
  • Collaborate with administrators and architects to escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain and update documentation and runbooks to ensure seamless knowledge transfer
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in database or infrastructure support
