
Lead Learning Specialist

As a key professional in our training team, you will play a pivotal role in managing global training strategies through logistical excellence and technical expertise with digital platforms and tools.
You will be responsible for providing analytical support for training program attendance, tools, and systems that support training strategies, as well as expert maintenance of digital content.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Perform quarterly participation analytics on key topics to evaluate business needs and support decisions for future offerings and documentation metrics for leadership.
- Collect and distribute training participant and investigator meeting feedback received from surveys, contribute to survey design and methodology in line with organizational training strategies.
- Maintain and manage subscription usage to digital tools in place, manage usage and access, present updates on new features, and collaborate with the training team on improvements for training delivery and maintenance.
- Manage analysis and optimization of various digital tool accounts and licenses, collaborate to analyze usage of such tools and provide analysis to stakeholders to support return-on-investment decision making.
- Attend community calls for relevant topics to share with teams during regular meetings, follow up on newly implemented collaboration platform features and share during regular meetings.
- Management of the training masterplan tracker by organizing quarterly review meetings, collaborating with managers on status updates, and conducting an analysis to support future focus for training.
- Manage digital training analytics and optimization by ensuring metadata entries are complete, work with managers on timely reviews of material and review analytics to support enhancements.
- Management of collaboration platform analytics and content by working with leads on timely review of training material, reviewing metrics to support focus and enhancements, update digital content as needed, and digital content management for training and management of URLs.
- Management of training working platforms to include setup, team calendar, travel planner with strong collaboration with team for input, review, and regular use.
- Serve as a backup to the training coordinator, tasks include training invitation management, management of participant registration lists including wait-listed participants and external professionals, handle questions regarding registrations, setup of instructor-led training courses in learning platforms and calendars, sending receiving and processing training confirmation emails for training completion in learning platforms, provide support in office for conferences, and internal meeting logistics, security group maintenance for digital platforms and non-personal mailbox management.
