Bioprocess Application Engineer

Leading provider of bioprocess engineering solutions for global biopharmaceutical industry

Role Overview

Bridging engineering expertise with customer engagement, successful application of bioprocess equipment and solutions requires strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.

  • Work with clients to understand process requirements and propose technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration of engineered products.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes to showcase capabilities and meet client needs.
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to align client requirements with engineered solutions, delivering customized results.
  • Conduct technical training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams, enhancing knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients in the region and provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements, fostering continuous innovation.
Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field, with a strong understanding of scientific principles and technical applications.
  • 2–4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across various locations, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
