Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business functions in describing and documenting business requirements for applications.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes supported by the application, as well as experience working in a multicultural organization and with ITSM and ITIL frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business functions in describing and documenting business requirements for applications.
  • Convert business requirements into development and maintenance plans, respecting global IT strategy and plan, policies, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Collaborate with other application specialists to ensure a consistent solution and long-term governance of data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area
  • More than 3 years' experience from using the application in scope
  • Deep knowledge of business processes supported by the application in scope
  • Experience from working in a multicultural organization
  • Experience of working with ITSM and ITIL
  • Excellent language skills in English
