Senior Bioinformatics Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Senior Bioinformatics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in bioinformatics, computational biology, and biotechnology with hands-on experience in clinical projects.

  • The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in data analysis, knowledge graph construction, and AI-driven solutions is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  1. A PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  2. Or a Masters degree in the same fields with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in processing and analyzing omics data using predefined/custom end-to-end analysis workflows.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and clinical data integration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good-to-have:

  • Experience with EHR data integration for clinical and translational research.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in biomedical data analysis.
  • Previous experience in customer collaboration and successful project delivery.
