Influencer Marketing Expertise:

We seek a seasoned Influencer Marketing Professional to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns, leveraging our network of nano, micro, and macro influencers across various platforms. Key responsibilities include managing influencer outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and content briefing; coordinating and tracking content delivery, approvals, and performance timelines; collaborating with social media, PR, and brand teams to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns; analyzing campaign performance metrics; maintaining and updating the influencer CRM or database; staying up-to-date on platform trends, FTC guidelines, and competitor strategies; and supporting or managing affiliate and ambassador programs.

Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand collaborations.
  • Proven ability to execute successful influencer campaigns (paid and organic).
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and creator culture.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and budget management experience.
  • Ability to analyze and report on campaign data and optimize future efforts.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms and campaign management tools.
  • Self-starter with excellent project management and time management abilities.
  • Passion for branding, content, and digital culture.
