Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Alteryx Support Expert. This position involves managing and supporting Alteryx workflows and server environments under a managed services framework. The focus is on stability, performance, and integration with enterprise systems, ensuring end-to-end operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 2/3 application support for Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server environments.
  • Handle incident resolution, job failures, workflow optimizations, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Administer Alteryx Server on Windows (user access, scheduling, deployment, logging).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Oracle and Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Spark).
  • Support version upgrades, patching, and environment migration activities.
  • Automate routine tasks and monitoring using PowerShell or Python scripts.
  • Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain support documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least three years' experience with Alteryx Designer and Server in a support capacity.
  • A strong understanding of Windows Server administration and services.
  • Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
  • Proficient in Oracle SQL and query optimization.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and production support best practices.
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Alteryx and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
