Senior Data Scientist Role

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced data-driven solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Data Science and Analytics:

  • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models using machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered solutions into business workflows.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Machine Learning and Deep Learning:

  • Develop and implement custom neural networks architectures for specific business problems.
  • Optimize hyperparameters and handle class imbalance in production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and deep learning.

Technical Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Familiarity with popular deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
Requirements

Core Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, causal inference, and time series analysis.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting models.
  • Practical knowledge of loss functions, optimization strategies, and custom architectures for deep learning.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified Machine Learning Engineer).
